I have visited the office 4-5 times now and I have been happy with the service. I believe the staff is very thorough and informative. My only complaint is that not once did I get in the chair on time, thus I was in the office way longer than anticipated. I understand that issues do come up and at times, it is due to patients before me, but I might suggest focus on improving the scheduling. I was in for a routine cleaning and oral examination recently. During the process several potential problem areas were discovered. After xrays one area was not an issue and a treatment plan was scheduled for the other area. Dr. Neidenthal showed me the xray and explained everything on the computer screen. I am always confident in the thoroughness, early detection and expert treatment of any problem areas. The entire staff is always friendly, courteous and just makes you feel at home.
I love this dentist practice. Wonderful people and always helpful. It is hard to find a dentist you like, so this is a keeper!

Thank you to Dr. Brent and his staff for giving me a great experience at the dentist. I had 2 crowns done yesterday. Dr. Brent makes the crowns in the office so you don't have to leave with a temporary crown and come back another day. They always allow enough time for the visit and my husband and I are always happy with their work.
I have been going to a Sunset Ridge for years now and my experience has always been exceptional. I have had tons of dental work from previous dentists who massacred me, but I have literally fallen asleep in the chair while Dr Brent is drilling away. Never a twinge of pain which is super surprising. I am still not of fan of dental work, but if I have to have something done, there's no where I'd rather go. Thumbs up from me!
Sunset Ridge Family Dentisty accomadated my schedule, saw me on time, and were very friendly and professional during the entire service.
Everyone in the office is very friendly. Going to the dentist is one of my less pleasant tasks, but having smiling faces and friendly people makes it less of a chore.
The customer care service, knowledge and professionalism is always fantastic! FIVE STARS!!!
