Sunset Ridge Family Dentistry is a wonderful practice. Dr. Neidenthal and his staff always make me feel comfortable and my questions are always answered. I also like that I can get a crown made during my office visit and the crown looks so natural. Whatever I have done to my teeth, Dr. Neidenthal makes sure that I feel no pain. I am very happy that I am a patient of Dr. Neidenthal!!

My visit was great. The woman who cleaned by teeth had a very gentle touch. The entire experience was pleasant.
My 8 year old had two extractions on 8/5/14 - she was nervous and crying when we arrived. Dr Neidenthal and his staff took the time to calmly walk through the process with her. Dr Neidenthal ensured she never felt pain - he was outstanding! The procedure was flawless, pain free and my daughter felt back to normal the next day. The friendliness and competency of Dr. Neidenthal and his staff was outstanding.
I have visited the office 4-5 times now and I have been happy with the service. I believe the staff is very thorough and informative. My only complaint is that not once did I get in the chair on time, thus I was in the office way longer than anticipated. I understand that issues do come up and at times, it is due to patients before me, but I might suggest focus on improving the scheduling.
