Steve and Kim went way out of their way to help us sell are mom's house
Steve Shea and Ken Schneider helped me find a property that was in my wheel house after about 7 months of looking. Filed an ethics complaint against Realtor Don Shaughnessy of Sunset Realty. MN Assoc of Realtors found there was enough evidence to hold hearing. Results pending. Hired him to sell my commercial building August 2014. Foreclosure occurred. He sold property one day after redemption period ended and got 5 figure commission. Be very, very careful doing business w Sunset Realty.
