Steve was an absolute professional throughout the whole process of trying to find my ideal home. Being that the market is as tough as it is he was there and worked every chance he could to help throughout the process, and to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible from making the offer for my home to closing in a timely manner. i highly recommend Sunset realty and Steve Shea.

I hired Sunset Realty the first time in September of 1995, it was on a whim, we noticed that a lot of people has Sunset Realty signs in their yards, with Steve Shea as the realtor, those houses sold in days or weeks. He helped sell our house in St. Paul, it sold in about 2 weeks. He helped us find our replacement home in that time. We lived in that home for almost 22 years.
