if you are not going to renew someone's lease then by federal and state laws in rental, housing etc. you are to give reason before evict and by law residents have 30 days there of to find another place and time to move, you have been reported to the BBB and Springfield city by people you are doing this as of late and several has and is seeking legal aid.
RecommendedI highly recommend living at Sunset Woodland apartments. The staff work hard to make it your home by keeping the apartments updated & fixing any problems as soon as possible. They are so kind & enjoyable to work with. I wish we could have them (especially Angel) as our landlords forever!
Loved there for two years. Friendliest and most patient apartment staff, incredibly fast response and service for all maintenance requests and complaints (even though I only had to make one complaint and it was immediately taken care of), beautiful area that is well maintained, and an amazing price. I don’t believe you can get much more bang for your buck in Springfield. If I wasn’t moving states I would never consider switching apartments.
I love living here, I’ve been here for many years and I have to give to Angel and Zach ( when he was here) they’re my favs out of all the years! Job well done �. Maintenance on point!
I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is so helpful and nice. One of the best places I've lived.
