Unprofessional management!!! No respect for handicap parking. Let this vehicle park in the NO parking zone to block off the vehicle parked next to them from getting into their car. Person has been harassing other handicap members because they feel they are entitled to a specific handicap parking spot. Management is doing nothing about it. Very unprofessional.
