They were honest and easy to deal with
Proceed with caution if hiring Sunset Luxury properties for Property Management. We were not paid timely for our short term rental income and are stilled owed thousands of dollars. We trusted them to manage our property properly and remit income in a timely manner. The dishonest dealings, lack of communication and lack of basic accountability from this company has been extremely frustrating and stressful . I do not recommend.
Beware. I would not use this company for property management. This owner Brad Hess has not paid us for our rental income for 4 months. Non responsive. Horrible experience!
