Leased a Kia from Sunset in 2012. They called me this week to come in and "swap" out since they wanted older Kias on their lot for sale. Being skeptical, I asked Lane Elkins to confirm this would be an even swap - no money down and no increase. In EMAIL he commented that he could do it after running it by his manager. Show up, and they do a bait and switch. They told me it would cost an EXTRA 210.00 a month to get me in the car that Lane said via email would be an even swap.
