Awesome place to work, and the best place to get into a New or Certified Pre Owned KIA
Service department is poorly run. They don't return your calls and forget you have an appointment scheduled. After complaining to the General Manager he does absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience with Jim Sweeney at Sunset! He was very honest and very genuine! He gave me great advice him and his team worked magic to get me into the car I came for! I felt as if I had already known him for years when I went to purchase my Kia Forte! I highly highly recommend sunset to anyone looking for a great car buying experience as well as getting the price you are looking for! I will definitely be going back for years to come! My fiancé and I had a great experience here. Even with my son who is two screaming and yelling because he loves his voice. They were very curious and very determined after two days of trying to get me into a 2017 Kia Optima. We are now the proud owner of that car and it is due to Antony and Lane. I will definitely shop at sunset Kia again in the future because of the great service.

LOVE my new Optima EX. Used the CostCo car buying service but not sure I got any 'deal' since all the rebates went back to the dealership. Drove back to get the car detailed the other day since it wasn't done when I picked up the car. I did receive a very good lesson on all the safely features from Jim Sweeney. Good idea to also watch the official KIA you-tube videos as well. Still did not get the frame for the license tag though.
