My initial appointment at Sunset Hills Family Practice was fine, and everyone was friendly. However, I’m very disappointed with how the lab costs and my subsequent concerns have been handled. I do not have health insurance and pay for my care out of pocket. Following my September visit, I received two lab bills totaling $1,208.05, in addition to the office visit. Took me 4 phone calls over 3 weeks to get a call back about scheduling labs. They then proceed to tell me I have to see the Dr before and after labs, even though the last time I went the only thing they wanted me to do was get labs. It's run-around after run-around, prioritizing business profit over customer care. 2 stars only because Andrea Warburton herself is fantastic. Office is awful.

I’ve been going here for a few years and made Sunset Hills my primary care facility. I can’t say enough great things about the office , the staff and especially Andrea. She’s a busy lady, have patience people ! She has always given me the best care and attention. She listens to my jabbering detailed questions and provides solutions. Communication is key.. if you experience something that isn’t 100% perfect in your eyes , just let them know in a kind way and they will help you. I love Dawn as well. The front desk needs to work on customer service skills and phone skills. Went in twice and was charged $35 copay each visit. Turned out it was supposed to be much less. I’ve reached out multiple times and they stated they would refund me the difference. Months later still waiting.
