The front desk needs to work on customer service skills and phone skills. Went in twice and was charged $35 copay each visit. Turned out it was supposed to be much less. I’ve reached out multiple times and they stated they would refund me the difference. Months later still waiting.
Been going to this location for sometime now and I have to say that each time has been a good experience. Dr. Warburton is great. I have to give a special thanks to Dawn who takes care of me, goes above and beyond. Much appreciated.
I inquired about some services as I have been calling all around the valley. I spoke to a young lady named Dawn. She knew every answer on everything I asked about. The knowledge she had about everything I asked about was impressive. Extremely thoughtful professional most of all very caring about my situation. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. Very hard to find good family practices and I would recommend speaking to her to help with what you need!
Dawn is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful!! It's hard to find people like that anymore. Give that girl a raise because she's a keeper. What a great asset to your business.
I love Andrea and the whole staff. Everyone is always so pleasant. The office is very clean and I never have to wait long. It’s also very easy to make last-minute appointments. A+++++
