My daughter visited this office one time.I called to make an appointment for my son and they claim that they were not taking any new patients and they told me they could no longer see my daughter as a patient because of our insurance(medicaid or state sponsored insurances).they never sent a letter of notification informing us of this change.Poor customer service!!!!!!!..Poor communication.I spoke with my insurance office and they told us that offices are required to give them a 30 day notice..which sunset hills family dentis... read more
