First of all, let me say I regret not going for electrolysis on my chin in the first place. I was not aware that since I had light hair, laser would not work. In fact it was a waste of time and money. Fern is wonderful to deal with and a professional at what she does. she is also extremely informative and makes sure that she gets your needs done.
