Horrible, horrible, horrible. Even after a year I am still disgusted by my experience with The Sunset Group. The move-out process was frustrating and we were charged for quite a few issues that were not the responsibility of any tenant. We were expected to pay for the removal of the owners things. Ummm, no! With the help of BBB, we were able to recoup some of our losses. Communication was less than desirable and I had to be persistent with email and phone calls to receive a response. As a homeowner paying $100/mo management fee, I got nothing but headaches: nothing is fixed up to code, no communication, and not to mention they refuses to own up to their mistakes! I had been trying to get them to replace the front door to the one that I picked & was approved by HOA, they have the nerve to tell me it was better than the one I picked!! I will NOT recommend them to anyone even they are the last agency on earth!
We wanted to purchase some local real estate and have had an excellent experience with Sunset Group on our side. They've done so much for us and we appreciate everything. We are recommending them to friends and family too.

Our manager Lisa has been far beyond awesome! She is very thoughtful and caring and it shows in her work and the management skills that she provides for us!
Overall I have been pretty satisfied with them and would likewise recommend them to anyone in need of a place. I will be signing for another 6 months soon!
The last 2 transactions, 2 sales, were done with the expert assistance of Sunset Group Realtors. They were very professional and thorough. The place is well run by a good group of people and that is why I used them again. I was not disappointed.
I have been very impressed with the high level of actual management that The Sunset Group has been able to provide. They really do handle everything which has given me the freedom to own a rental virtually worry-free.
When I contacted them about the place I found on their website, they were very informative and courteous. I thought they were very nice.
