Everyone was great! Especially Lizette! My niece's first time and they were all very patient w/her.
I called to make an appointment and they got me in that day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a years worth of contacts. The staff were all really kind and knowledgable and Dr. Garcia is wonderful!
Worst place to get prescription shades. I had my eye appointment on May 10th and ordered my shades then and still haven't received them. I called after one week and they told me that shades usually take 2 weeks. So I called after the second week and they told me the reflective tint on the shades takes longer and they would take longer. Ridiculous. I never really complain about stuff, but it has never took 3 weeks or more to receive any kind of glasses or shades anywhere. I've gotten prescription shades with reflective tint b... read more

I called to book a basic eye exam to get a fresh set of contacts and glasses. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful, especially considering I called them last minute and needed the appointment for the following afternoon. I was nervous about the appointment because I knew I would have to take my 2.5 year old child with me, but the staff was very patient, kind, and considerate, and I never once felt like they were bothered by her (she behaved well that day, also, so that helps!).
