Switching PCPs due to the rude scheduling person that sits up front. She's the much older caucasian, heavy set with light short hair. This location is poorly managed, they don't answer their phones, they seem unorganized, nurses don't seem very knowledgeable. Lorena is useless too. I had my labs done here and the person drawing my blood got my blood all over the place leaving me with a huge bruise for several weeks. Go elsewhere it's not worth the time. Ms. Hogan doesn't seem aware of what goes on in that office.

Sunset Clinic Billing Department is a bunch of unprofessional staff I have every had the opportunity to deal with. They are very rude and not customer's friendly at all. Belia the Billing Department Supervisor was not helpful in answering any of my questions, and didn't want to hear my concerns and complaint about me not receiving any outstanding bills and being overcharged for services that was not render. I love this place specially the Doctors and Nurses, one Doctor that I really like.. the one thing I don't like is the answering department they are so rude specially the name Patricia and some others,,, You guys are rude you need to chill... you were talking and no answer and give you some smart A answer.. either you find other job and don't be Misérables in there....
