My wife and I just bought a 2017 XT5 it needed an update and Matt arranged for a loaner vehicle to be delivered to her and her vehicle to be picked up. Chad in service was very prompt with keeping us know her vehicle was ready. It was an excellent experience. It's refreshing to see a company where the customer really still matters.
Just bought a used Honda Odyssey here from Mark. He was so nice & not pushy at all and Al (the manager) even got me what I wanted for my trade in!! Very happy with my experience here. This is actually my second used vehicle I purchased here and I would definitely reccommend them:)

We bough our cadillac SRX brand new a little over a year ago from JulieFinley. I can't begin to tell you what a pain free experience it was to buy our car from her. We mentioned we were on our way to Costco in Sarasota and we're just stopping on our way. try to deal with them on a used car and the only thing they could do was be nasty. And the deal change from the time I left my house to the time I got there... Be very care of them and make sure you read ur paper work...
Terrible job on my car , now the manager wants to polish out the defects on the paint which includes, marks from sanding because they didn't finish the car properly, over spray, New superficial scratches to clear coat from worker wiping my car with rag, the area where the damaged occur is very bad still. They also charged insurance company to take out the quarter glass but never did , I got the car back and the charges are still on the sheet !
Horribly dishonest and lied to us about reimbursing us for keys we did not receive with the vehicle. Stay away!
