I tried to buy a car here 5 times over the last 10 years. It's always the same story. My trade is worthless and their car is worth above book value. Last time they played a word game on me and I thought we had a deal. I Cleaned out my trade and put my tags on the 1 year old ATS. They stalled until everyone was gone except me and the finance guy. Then the truth came out and I had to switch back into my trade. They always swing for the fences instead of realizing the value of a satisfied customer.
I Just had my XTS in service department, I got great service as usual with Chad in charge. I bought another new Cadillac from Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton about three months ago. Matt Rhodes got me the car I wanted with no problems. This is my second XTS with Mat, and a CTS before that. and my eighth new Cadillac from Sunset. I guess I can say I'm very pleased. Just bought a new Cadillac Escalade from Julie Finley. She was outstanding along with her sales manager and the other members of the team. The new luxury vehicle are loaded with technology and Julie understand it all an can explain it so it is understandable. Once we finished the business side of the transaction she took us to our new vehicle and then began our orientation. I purchased a 2015 Escalade Premium in August from Julie Finley and I had a great experience! She was so helpful and everything went smoothly and the few problems we had were taken care of promptly. I so enjoyed working with her as she has the best personality ever! The service dept is always great and Chad and the rest treat me quite well. We're shopping for a new Cadillac and after visiting several dealers we ended up driving 180 miles to Sunset Cadillac. Matt Rode quoted us a price over the phone and texts. We got there and everything was as quoted. A very easy deal and worth the drive.
