I rented here for two years. Upon moving out, Latisha Collins and the staff at sunset barrington gardens did everything in their power to keep my deposit, going so far as to lie about being fired (?) and ignoring my emails and calls. No amount of proof or politeness will get them to give it back, only the threat of suing in court. These people are shameless frauds and should be jailed
I’ve lived at Sunset Barrington Gardens in Brentwood for about six months now and am loving it. The leasing and maintenance teams are great. They’re professional but caring, courteous, and respond in a timely manner. They reliably do what they say they will do. Additionally, the amenities like the koi pond, fountains, and well cared for grounds add a welcomed tranquility.
The management company is horrible!
We didn't sign here but the leasing office was great, informative, honest without being slimy, respectful etc when we were thinking of applying.
