They have been great for regular cleanings and basic dental work. I had a root canal and my tooth hurt for over a month afterward when I went back for the crown my tooth became very painful and inflamed. I had to call twice to get antibiotics. Then when the antibiotics were finished I started having problems again. I called on a Friday morning requesting more antibiotics. I was told they would be called in. None were. Dr. Brown has been my dentist about 25 years - first in Little Rock, then Rogers and now Springdale. Obviously, he is the best dentist I have ever used. The staff working with the dentists there are very nice and talented at their jobs.
I had such an amazing experience at Sunset Dental! I was having tooth pain after a recent crown and the dentist (dr Brown), hygienist (Erin) and dental assistant (clayton) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! Not only did they explain and fix the issue they also worked hard at easing my anxiety about it all since this is a huge source of anxiety for me! I normally hate going to the dentist, Sunset Avenue Dental took great care of me. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Dr. Smith is a magnificent dentist!!! I will always go to Sunset Avenue Dental for now on.
I have had nothing but the best experience every time I have been to Sunset Avenue Dental. I really like that they walk me thru step by step on what is being done for that day and I always receive an estimate on procedures needed, the hours are convenient for my work schedule and when I come in for my appointments never have to wait long. I received my very first crown today, I was given a through explanation on what was being done and was able to see photos of each step, I have never had a Dentist do that.
