Would not have them a star at all. They lied about the DDS being a provider knowing he wasn't and then the dentist hurt me and left me hanging. No way would I ever go back there.

Don't even deserve one star. I filed a complaint against Ray Bollin wiith Arkansas State Dental Association, also wrote a 3page letter to Peer Review Committee with photo's of my teeth & photo's tell the truth of what that man did to my teeth. He will not admit to his mistakes be a man & refund my $3429.00, even though I had to pay a real dentist over $ 5000.00 to fix the mess he made. I wish I had run far, far away from Sunset Ave. Dental not a honest place.
