I belive I responded to this already but something else has came up so here goes. When I was talking to them about the Hummer I did fill out credit application but told them not to run it until the wife looked at the truck. Well as you know I didn't buy it but I just got a letter from Wells Fargo Bank and they did run the credit application They lied to me again. Was treated well, met with the sales person wasn't pushy, very open and upfront.
Although I haven't purchase yet. Gary was a very nice guy. He knew a lot about the vehicles I was interested in and didn't pressure me to buy, like most of the other dealerships I visited. When the time is right, I would buy a vehicle from them
The worst service I've ever had at a car lot will never go back there was on a trip called ahead to get the ball rolling they did nothing sat in that crappy lot for 5 hours
Communicated by phone and email. Very polite and was not pushy. I did not purchase yet, but will continue to communicate with them.
Went to Puyallup location on accident, very attentive and friendly, very nice but lacked knowledge of what cars are on their lot. They sent me over to the Tacoma lot. Again, staff very friendly and easy going but lacked knowledge of the cars they had so couldn't answer all questions. The SUV I inquired about hadn't even been cleaned yet. Overall great selection though
I didn't end up going there to see the car. But they were persistent. Maybe a little too persistent, but I understand why.
