I bought the car as is and didn't notice the passenger door didn't have power. Fortunately they still sent it to their shop and that was fixed but the shop put a deep dent in the door I got an estimate to get it fixed and gave them a copy but never heard anything back so no I would not recommend them. It's 1100 dollars I don't have.

They told me before I arrived that I could do an overnight test drive but when I arrived I was only allowed to do a test drive and since the brand name is jaguar they said it was rare and couldn't do an overnight test drive even though 5 more Of the same are for sale near by. They did a credit check and then told me that they couldn't get me approved. But it's an 18k car which isn't much. They shouldn't have gone by brand name alone because brand name doesnt matter when the price is so low.

1st response was quick, but car was sold, and the rep didnt tell me. 2nd response was quick, and still communicating with that rep. All in all, a good experience with this dealership.

Very good,,,contacted me later that day,,had to leave town for 3 weeks unexpectedly so didnt get a chance to go look at car but they didnt hound me after that.If the car is still there when I get home I will probaley buy it.

Got the vehicle we wanted same day! Great people in the office and very nice location with a lot of unique vehicles. Only reason for a 4 star is that our vehicle needed over $5000 of work done within a week of buying. Engine light came on during drive home, but luckily these fixes were all paid for by the manufacturer dealership. Be careful when buying, and i would recommend bringing a mechanic along.
