There is no physical location for this company. Sunrun hasn't been at Nancy Ridge Dr for over four months. Horrible customer service.
Hi Mary I'm currently waiting for my system to be repaired again! And once again your company has failed to perform. I have been in the customer services for over 40 years. Sunrun has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'm waiting patiently for a return call/email from Case Manager Riley Beck on the status of my system repair. I was paying way too much to Sdge and didn’t think I had a choice. Thankfully I was given information about going solar by the Solar rep Marvin Llamas. He did a quick review of my bill and shows me how I could save money on my bill and protect me from the crazy increases from SDGE. My system took about 1.5 months to get installed and about another month to get connected. I am happy with saving about 40% on my bill
