I have never left a negative review like this before, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes of protecting other homeowners. I hired Sunroc to deliver rock to my property, and unfortunately, the delivery resulted in visible damage to my gates (as shown in the attached photos). Whoever manages this place needs to have a serious conversation with their employees about how to operate professionally at work. The forklift drivers will scream at you to move up when you pull up to get material, and then another one will come up and scream at you to reverse and not be where you were just told to be by an employee because they’re not ready yet. Excellent customer service!
A sunrock double trailer double load truck almost killed me and my family three years ago when they failed to stay in the left lane for exit entrance when construction took away all shoulders past the green springs exit. We are still very traumatized. We never got a message from the company at all.
Edit: 1 to 3 stars. Chet at Sunroc worked fast remedy situation. Paid over 2k to special order stone veneer. Waited 8 weeks for it to arrive. They scheduled delivery for a Thursday and I scheduled a mason for that Friday. No delivery. No contact from Sunroc. Waited 5 days thinking it would be delivered. No delivery. I had to contact them only to find out they sold the stone I ordered and paid for to another customer.
