Unfu#*ing believable. 7:30am appointment for tires. 9am sitting here because they only have 3 of the 4 tires. Manager can't give me a loaner for 3 days because it cost $40 a day. I'm sorry I didn't know you had to pay for it personally!!

Worked with Mike Coltellino and we found the exact truck I was looking for. Not only was it the right vehicle but the process was made so easy compared to my other dealer experiences. All great people over there and after going to many toyota dealerships, I found that not only are they the easiest to work with, but have by FAR the largest selection of vehicles on the island. Not a drop of bs everything was explained clearly with no hidden fees or anything. Thanks guys youu earned my business for sure.
We were looking for a new Toyota and went to Sunrise Toyota , Erik Williams was gracious, personable and knowledgable, helping us try the latest models including a Camry, Corolla and Highlander. It was a dificult decision to make and he was helpful in this process.
