Because I bought Toyota Sienna on 19th April and I have an very bad experience especially the Finance Department. A lady Catherine, Financial Advisor who handle my case but she was very rude and disrespectful. The reason is she forced me to buy extra promotions but upon my refusal she changed my apr 1.9 to 4.3. She forcing to buy unless I get higher APR. I made complaints to the Priority Springfield officials on websites but so far no action has been done. I will trying to in touch with the owner but could not succeed.
