I went twice already for a noise coming from one of my tires , (right side) first they stated my tires where( cheap )her words!! and that’s why that side was making noise .- then I went again because noise continued , and they said it was my breaks that needed to be changed - so I did . And. Well the noise is still there so 👎
I'm glad others have had a good experience, mine was not so much. Disappointed. Not nearly as good experience as I had with Toyota in Raleigh, NC. Replacing my totaled Prius, refused to look at a used car unless it came with 2 sets of keys (having been stranded with no keys). Salesman guaranteed to get me a second set free no problem. With all things finally done, 1 set of keys, had to pay $500 I didn't have for the second set, grrr. Parts only ordered a key, NO KEY FOB necessitating 2 trips and hours waiting to get the seco... read more

Almost 3 hour wait for an oil change and I had an appointment. I had to ask them when it would be done after not hearing from the service advisor for over 2 hours. Their service sucks!!!
