I have lived here over 2 years and I must say Sequoia did a really good job by hiring May H. She is kind, professional, respectful, responsive, very communicative productive and sweet. She works hard. The property is always clean. May the Community Manager picks up trash, she drives at night even on the weekends, she responsive so quickly, she walks with vendors, walks the property,I even saw her pulling weeds out, she is everywhere. Ever since I moved here in 2022 I have had a very difficult experience with the staff. The previous property manager and maintenance staff were rarely available and seemed unwilling or unable to address the many issues throughout the community. Repairs were not properly handled and items that needed to be replaced often were not. The property was also extremely dirty, including the carports, buildings, and common areas. Absolutely amazing experience. Miss may the new property manager has been very helpful and works diligently to make living here feel safe and special. Highly recommend !
My experience with May was so great. She was really attentive and patient. The units are nicely renovated and I can’t wait to move in next month
