A smooth move in and the place is super wholesome. I wouldn't pick anywhere else
Today I had a tour with Ms. May. She is a very sweet, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and giving person. She takes pride and joy with her position, property, her company, her residents etc. She explained to us about the property, the company, units, prices, etc. The units and property is so clean. I moved back to Volare months ago cause the apartments perfectly fits my needs. A couple of weeks after moving in a learned that my air conditioning/ heating unit was broke. The previous Apartment team told me it would cost $8000 to repair but they would work on it. I followed up several times and was told they were working on it. Then that team was gone! They recently hired a new manager , May, and honestly, I believe she should have been brought on much earlier. It’s rare to see someone care for other people’s property with the level of dedication she shows. She is kind, understanding, and always responsive whenever you reach out.
The Volare apartments are incredible! May has been amazing to work with. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always made herself available to answer any questions I had. Her communication was clear, straightforward, and consistent, which really made a difference and helped ease any stress along the way.
