Sorry that you had a bad experience, Susan H. We do our best to obtain the documentation required by insurances from our patient's doctors, but unfortunately the new requirements for therapeutic shoes are very strict and not all doctors document what is needed in the clinic notes, nor get the documentation to us in a timely manner. We are not allowed to provide services until the documentation is in order.
I wouldn't recommend sunrise.its very disorganized and messy the receptionist is very rude ive been waiting 2 months for shoes nothing has been done then yesterday the receptionist told me to go to my dr and get more information hanger pro on park ave has been doing my shoes 3 yrs never any problems ill never go to sunrise again
