Got fitting for orthotics 1st of July and when I called three weeks later to follow up and after I was told my ins covered 100% all they had to do was a little paperwork and that was it. But when I called, they had not even ordered them yet. They claimed that doctors were giving run around and I was furious as to why they would not have called me the patient and ask for me to reach out the the doctors???
