I knew this urgent care wasn’t going to be great before I arrived, but I really underestimated just how awful it was going to be... I brought my infant to be checked for a potential ear infection. This wasn’t my first choice, but due to some insurance issues it ended up being my only choice. We waited over 2 hours to be seen, and it really wasn’t crowded when we arrived. RecommendedWonderful staff. MA jackson is so nice and very patient! Doctor Ari, made my kids feel safe and was very kind to them. I definitely recommend urgent care. You will be treated with love, care and respect. :) very sweet staff. Thank you for making my children feel safe.
This place sucks, poor customer service and poor medical attention. Waiting is forever!
Went there for a random drug test for work and the wait time was not to bad like 45mins. But I was on company time
I unfortunately went there as a workman comp case. From beginning to end I was there over 3 hours. When the assistant finally put me in a room he asked me if I spoke English. Really? I never saw a Dr., just a PA, who told me I had a fracture, only to have the radiologist say I didn't. So now I'm in constant pain and there's nothing he can do. He was utterly useless.
