I had a very disappointing experience at Sunrise Lab. When I arrived, there were no other customers in the office, yet I did not feel welcomed. The staff member at the front desk was rude and unprofessional in her tone and manner. She did not greet me, appeared irritated when I asked a simple question, and made the overall interaction uncomfortable. Go to another location other than the one on Memorial Highway in New Rochelle if you need blood work first thing in the morning. This place is only good from 130pm to 4pm. Waited an hour starting at their posted hour of 8am but no one showed. Had to leave for work. Just awful customer service. Change your posted hours to when people really show up to draw blood. So unprofessional.
La joven muy amable y simpatica, lo unico que no me gusto es que segun el horario debe estar open a las 8.00 am, la joven llego a las 8.15 a pesar de eso fue rapido el proceso… que recomendaría que sean mas apegado al horario ya que no trabajan los sábados y muchos tenemos que ir a trabajar o niños ir a las escuelas después de las Pruebas .
This office states they open at 8 am, I was there on time and stayed until 9 am. No workers came to open up for the day. I still had to pay for parking in the adjacent lot and had to go to a different Sunrise location to be serviced.
No one showed. They were supposed to open at 8:00 and didn’t.
