Poor customer service skills. They run 2 air bnbs in the 3 plex behind our house we rent from them. We have complained multiple times about them being loud, stealing our laundry supplies, and taking our parking spot with no resolution. The woman in charge of thr airbnb says they have 9 properties renting as airbnbs in pb with sunrise. When life's little setbacks hit you while living in one of their communities watch out. Less than twenty days late in rent, informing them regularly with updates of expected payments in full they had attorney file eviction. Before we knew of eviction proceedings tried to pay in full. Only to be informed there were other fees to be included before she would accept our check. Yet could not explain what other fees meant. Needless to say we moved. Don't trust them.
