Lady was not very kind, was carelessly threading without caution, I left bleeding, and she didn't even clean my eyebrows up properly. I had to go home and fix the job she did. No creme after, no preparation of the skin... This place is horrible! Never coming back here again!

#1 facial Jenny. It's the best facial I ever received. And I've gone for a few at other places that say they're the best. Places on New Dorp Lane, who are suppose to be the #1 Spa and charge double the price. It was horrible. Jenny takes her time and gives deep massage using proper products according to your skin texture. Also Anu is an expert at threading. Thank you. I'll be back.

I love this place, for a longtime I am coming for everything. They take care of my taste very well. I recommend this salon specially for eyebrows.

I've never felt so much pain in my life. And I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years. Never have I had someone make me cry from both agony and sorrow. She butched my brows so badly, it warranted a review. I asked for a clean up. She took rows and rows of hair and skin off me. There's so many random strays too! How do you take so much hair off and leave mini patches of strays everywhere at the same time? This felt cruel and I left traumatized.

This lady just ruined my eyebrows. I asked only for a clean up around my brows. She completely took off a whole portion from under my eyebrow. When I told her and showed her she said “it’s okay leave it, let it grow out.” I grew my brows for months before I came here. She ruined my brows in 2 minutes. She was rushing to close and didn’t do a thorough job. And I was not a walk in, I booked an appointment. There are so many stray hairs around my brows and my upper lips.
