In my opinion the State of Utah should investigate this shady company and SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!! Sunrise Home Health and especially the owner Matt Baker are very shady! Make a trip to their office in Prove and see for yourself. They look like a fly by night outfit in my opinion! If you have a problem try having a conversation with the owner Matt Baker, but be warned you will be in for an extremely unpleasant experience. Very satisfied My father was declining in health and my mother just couldn't keep up anymore. Sunrise took over and provided more help than I could ever imagine! It was very apparent to me that all of the staff was interested in our well-being. A big thanks from me and my family!

outstanding care My son was with hospice through Sunrise. He was very well taken care of. Carma was his hospice nurse. She was excellent and very easy to communicate with. They took very good care of his needs. We will always be grateful that we chose Sunrise as our health care provider.
