Not impressed with the customer service reps. They were very rude to me. An did not appreciate being laughed at then when asking for supervisor i hear "ok, hey who wants to play supervisor".
Got an unsolicited phone call from these people on a local number (I'm not in NY so they're clearly routing their calls to appear local). The rep on the phone refused to tell me what the nature of the call was except to say "a private business matter" and she refused to discuss it further unless I gave her my home address and last 4 digits of my social security #. When I told her I wouldn't give either of those unless she told me the nature of the call she promptly hung up.
Called them to get settlement amount. I paid them and was told I would get a receipt within 7 days. I call back 9 days later and get some BS about it will arrive within 30 days. I would understand if I paid with a check, but it was a debt card and funds were taken instantly. Now here I am twiddling my thumbs. Thanks a whole bunch!

No way to log in on there site to see account/payment information. I will not give money to someone who does not give me information on my payments. Spoke to rep on the phone and they clearly do not understand what is wrong with there web site. Got into argument and rep hung up and didn't care if I pay. Was great when my payments were going to Genesis Lending. I could log on to my account and see my information/payments/due dates and other important information relating to my account.
