terrible, scammers, and rude. If they make ANY claims, dispute them and then report them to the BBB. That is your best course of action...!
I answered a random call from Edinburg Tx and it was one of your reps. I was messing with them on the line because why the hell not. I get scammers, telemarketers and now you guys calling. 😂. Keep calling, i’ll harass them back. 👍👍. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
This company is used by optimum to collect debts in an invasive ,harassing and aggressive way. I returned my equipment to optimum 2 months ago was told by them IN PERSON that I did not owe any money. I was given a receipt that reflects everything was paid in full.....come 2 months later no bill from optimum stating I owed anything....I RECIEVED NO BILL FROM OPTIMUM AT ALL AFTER CLOSING ACCOUNT AND RETURNING EQUIPMENT then these clowns start harassing me on a daily basis asking me to freely give over my credit card info witho... read more
TERRIBLE customer service at the very least, likely a fraudulent company. the agent i spoke with was VERY RUDE...literally trying to speak over me. zero stars.
Sunrise Credit Services re-aged an old debt on my credit report. According to Walden University, the account was sent to collections on July 31, 2014 but is appearing on one credit report as a new debt on June 2019. The agents are full of games and I am infuriated with their overall false claims and professionalism! Re-aging debt is illegal and it’s a way for the company to gain more money at the consumers expense!
The have representatives that are very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.
They call every day.. 8-9a.m. especially during this quarantine knowing that everyone's day is upside down and people sleeping in the mornings.. After i told them that this number wasnt the number of the person their trying to reach they now decide to call me more frequently & also from different numbers... they doing the most and this is considered harassment.

****BEWARE OF THIS FRUADLENT COMPANY*** Called to dispute a debt that they claim AT&T sent them. I attempted to get both parties on the line but (Sunrise Credit Services) representative "Willy Washington" unwilling to work with me and blatantly hung up on me. This is a fraudulent claim as AT&T billing department stated my balance is 0 and I have nothing in collections.
