Thank you to your Customer Service rep that hung up on me tonight. I called with questions concerning a letter sent to me by your company. Nothing was answered and your rep hung up on me. An 8 minute phone call of me trying to explain a situation, and every time she would cut me off before I could finish. I’m sincerely embarrassed for your company-
If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would the person that called me named Claudy was very rude and disrespectful sounded like he had been drinking, never gonna talk to them again. Will continue to pay my bill to original company like I have been. oh well I gotta settle on a 1 star for them...
love this job, and all the training. People give negative reviews because they're in debt and don't care to acknowledge it :) great place, great people, extremely friendly work environment.
