Very unprofessional very difficult to work with even when they are in the wrong. Unknowledgeable staff members unorganized documents and reporting ... Will be filing multiple complaints and suits against this company. Do Not use them ... SteveO

This is a scam....do not pay them a dime. Dispute your debt with one of the credit bureaus once it is added on. I was able to get my bogus debt collection from one of their sister companies removed this way.

well they say they are trying to collect a dept for sprint I know I dont owe money to because I have called and have gone to the local sprint location near me to check.

Am I really giving a collection agency a positive review?? Well dang I guess I am. The girl I talked to was SUPER nice and helpful, I owe equiptment back to Spectrum which I cannot find anywhere so I asked if I can just pay. She said yes, but if at any time I find it I can be reimbursed. She was super friendly and honestly had an awesome personality and even though the call was over a debt, she was super cool to talk to and VERY helpful. They do whatever they can to help too and anybody I've talked to has been very nice
Tmobile just turned this over to this company and the bill is paid in full---and it did drop my credit rating!!
