I have had a good experience with Sunrise Services! Gayle is my counselor, very supportive and understanding. It's hard to tell your story but I don't feel like I am being judged with her. I haven't saw a med provider yet so I don't know how that will go. I was client here 5 years ago and saw Margie as my provider, she was great too. I don't remember who my counselor was because I did not care to see them because I didn't "click" with them and they changed me a couple times but that was 5 years ago. I been going here for a few years. At first they were quite helpful, especially when I needed to get shoes or a new ID. Also the nurse sent a DNA sample for testing and tailored medications to help with my treatment. This worked fine for a while, but over time I have been seeing a trend that shows me they really just don't care. I've seen how poorly a person with a speech impediment was treated when he just wanted help with getting paper work for housing. these guys are helpful with my P.T.S.D. and i wouldn't down grade them. for someone else's problem for not speaking up. about anything that's going on in their life or even if a medication isn't working correctly. i also have MS that has been very debilitating. they work hard to get things done if they miss understand they will tell you later on. if they noticed that they have miss understand you in the next meeting you have. for those of you that give them a single star you maybe a real person or a troll. i'm calling it on ... read more
