Always good visits
It used to be better, but now I have to see a clinician on Skype instead of in person. It's very cold and impersonal. Also, not really good for crisis situations,either. I just tried to move up my appointment and they have to email the clinician for his approval before they would change the appointment. I guess it saves them money to do it this way but it's very frustrating.
Just some of the staff there aren't nice to be me when I was living with my birth mother who has a personality disorder.
