Me and my wife had appointments yesterday that were made in August. We arrived 10 minutes early, got checked in, waited in the Dr's room. After 1 hour of waiting, I walked out as I had to attend to other matters. My wife patiently waited 2 hours, to get served. How do you guys run & manage a company like that?
