Excellent service, fast and efficient.
Turned my daughter away with special needs and made me wait 2 months for an appointment. Only to turn me away. The staff was rude and Sanders was completely rude. Staff is not communicating well. They waited to the last minute to tell me the procedure and billing was questionable. Did not give me an option for my daughter’s teeth. They said they didn’t have white veneers in stock for her bottom teeth which I believe that to be a lie. The office put me through so much stress. I am looking for second opinions. I can't believe they don't have anyone to talk to about an appointment . One Thursday I called early to talk about the appointment I had and it turned out that no one was working that day until the next day.
My family was in town on vacation. Our son had some brackets pop off his teeth and his wire was stabbing him in the cheek and causing major issues. The staff welcomed us in and helped clip the wire and give my son relief! They saved our vacation!! Thank you.
Everyone was so friendly and helpfully and sweet to my two girls, the dentist was very kind and patient with my little one. I’m very happy with this office and will be using them for my children forever or at least until they are too old
