The most expensive apartments I've ever lived in, yet the WORST apartments I've ever lived in. My oven has been broken for over a week and nobody has been by to fix it, I haven't been able to cook for over a week!!!! I called the office and they didn't answer so I left a message and they never returned my call. My ceiling in my bedroom is also about to collapse because of water damage and there is mold growing on the ceiling because of that.
The apartments are nice. We have had issues with the maintenance crew and the parking here absolutely SUCKS!! I get off work at 8:30 and there is no spot for me to park let alone my boyfriend who comes to visit.
Waiting for three months to use the workout room. Purchased a Gold Gym membership for ninety days and will expire tomorrow hoping not to extent but no luck. Must wait an additional two weeks until they connect the T.V. My lease is almost up thankfully!!!
I love my apartment here at Sunrise Canyon...Since the new property team has taken over things are running much smoother!! Whenever I go into the office they always take care of my issues as quickly as possible and always with a smile!! Thank you Stephanie and the rest of the Sunrise Canyon team for doing such an outstanding job!! ���
Very saddened that you would kill protected birds by knocking the nest down then blowing them with blowers into the sun to die. Luckily a rescue came out to rescue the one live baby I found. Shame on you!
Beautiful property, well maintained. New management as of recent. No complaints as of yet. Limited parking for visitors and residents who don't pay for a covered space is my only complaint. I love my apartment.
