is a great place to stay. office staff is very friendly. maintenance issues have been handled pretty quickly and professionally. I enjoy the social events held here every month.
Have to post about Sunrise Canyon Apartments. A/C went out again last evening so I sent in a maintenance request this am. They called me & said just call them if that happens; skip the request form. They had somebody over within 30 minutes. Fixed so it works then coming tomorrow to see what’s wrong! Great management!
pay to have the security and comfort of parking in a gated community only to find out that there aren't enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants. Because of this, you have to park by dumpsters or as management told me "street parking" which is not what I paid for. By doing this, my car was towed and I have to pay $300 now. All because of insufficient parking for paying tenants. I am highly upset about this issue.
Staff is very friendly Lauren was quick to help and guide us throughout the tour of this beautiful property.

I love the new paint job on the buildings! When the sun rises (no pun intended), it brightens the area more and feels like a little piece gated heaven. The new sign looks bold, but at night, its quite the blue light sight..Parking can get congested at certain times, but you can always ask about the VIP overhang or garage parking deals!
