Community Involvement Programs uses Sunrise Banks and has for many years. They have been great to work with.
Can Do Canines assistance dogs organization is a customer at Sunrise Bank and their service has been great. Their employees support our nonprofit by volunteering and holding fundraisers and the bank has sponsored a few events for us to help us raise funds to provide assistance dogs free of charge to people with disabilities and children with autism. Thank you for being a good corporate leader.
My employer, Alliance Housing, does all its banking with Sunrise. The tellers and managers know us by name, the bank's hours and location are super convenient for us and others in the bank are always willing to talk through other banking needs.
Really offended today after walking into the Arcade street branch to get an account, and being told that non-US citizens have to show multiple forms of ID. Apparently trying to bank with this "community oriented bank" in my multicultural neighborhood means that despite the fact that I've jumped through every hoop to have a SSN, driver's license, job, owning a home (everything a US citizen would need to show) is just not good enough for this prejudiced bank.
