I have never had any problems with Sunrise bank unlike the other large banks I had accounts with in the past.

Their take over of Citibank payroll debit cards has been a nightmare! They list US Banks as Fee Free ATMs for withdrawals when US Bank informed me after mine was kept by the ATM that ALL their ATMs will do that for ANY non US Bank card put in it. After informing Sunrise and their supposed head of Wirecards Michael Christian absolutely nothing has been done and getting the card replaced using their cheap heavily accented lost card line help is another horror story in itself..
They have a prepaid card called mango worst card bad customer support and never get my money on time never I want my money this is the 3rd time SSI is looking into mango for theft how can this bank let this go on they need to get rid of mango like now!!!! Ivy Pierson
I can't say enough good things about this bank. I've worked with a number of different banks for personal and business accounts over the years, and Sunrise Banks has exceeded all of my expectations. The customers service at all of the branches is excellent. My banker responds to all of my inquiries in a timely manner and is very professional. I also love all the great work that Sunrise does in the community.
I think the program for rewards is good but when you have over 150 transactions and still done earn the rewards that doesn't seem correct.
Rewards are great, but the bank itself is terrible. Takes forever for them to process charges so when you think your positive in your account you end up negative from a purchase you made an entire week ago. Cant cash checks on weekends and when i called and asked if i'd be able to cash a paper paycheck the woman said yes, until i get there on Saturday. My paycheck had to be a sunrise banks check.. not a lot of jobs do that.. It's just a slow operating and bad informed bank. I've had some bad banks, but this beats them all. P... read more
