Great, friendly and helpful service. Community engaged and generous. They donate to good local initiatives and I like that they are a certified B corporation.
I appreciate there help with loans to help me and my family with day to day life expences. But the only thing I don't like is that it takes 5 business days to process a payoff payment even though the money has been deducted out of your account that same first day. Like they are still using a stage coach to deliver the money to pay off your loan. It's awful waiting to reapply for the next loan. While you're account is empty and or negative.
