RecommendedI find that the staff work hard to make sure customer experience is excellent. The social responsibility is rare for a bank, and I greatly appreciate those good efforts. The fees are fair and reasonable and there is always someone who will listen to your problem and help you get it fixed. Top notch community bank!

My husband and I are new members of the bank. It has been quite the experience, however, the staff is so helpful and willing to assist in fixing any problems that occur. I think we made a good choice in switching banks.
POOR (NON EXISTENCE) CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANT EVEN FIND OUT MY BALANCE ON A BRAND NEW, UN-USED CARD.
I like supporting BCorps, but I don’t like the $60 fees each month for having “too many transactions.” I literally have to pay a fee to spend money...I have to call every two weeks to increase my daily transaction limit. I need to call today and the phones are down...
