Awesome, Awesome, Awesome I went for a tour and filled out the app. The staff was so helpful and the property was just beautiful. I thought with the looks of everything it's got to be too good to be true! On a whim I left state and was notified about the apartment I had applied for almost immediately! I missed out! But now I'm back and i'm going to try my luck again. I would love to call this place home.
Great experience! We stopped by the leasing office for a tour and the property was so nice. And the girls in the office were so nice and professional. They were just full of so much I formation. I really hope I get to call sunrise apartments home!

Best Place In Bakersfield Awesome office staff. Great facilities. Used to have kind of a bad reputation but since new management has taken over this place has gotten so great!
We love our place It’s an excellent place to stay when I first moved here it was really bad but thank goodness they got them people outta here was always fights I wouldn’t allow my kids to finish but now it’s perfectly fine they have great team members maintenance is awesome office staff is too when you have issues in the home they do they best to get to them as fast as they can but other wise live it
I enjoy my home @Sunrise My family and I enjoy the nice layout of the apartment. It’s easy to keep neat and clean. Our Neighbors are family oriented and polite. Our apartment is a good size with just the right amount of storage. The kitchen and dining area serves the needs of our family of five. Management and maintenance are accommodating and fair when working with our family. We appreciate their professionalism and kindness. From the Williams Family

Sunrise I recently moved here. I found out these used to be gang and drug infested. I guess they got all of those people are gone. Its peaceful and quiet for the most part.Only thing happened so far is on two occasions so kids was playing doorbell ditch after 9pm. Im gonna inform management about that..I wish the pool was opened. It's closed down until they get the new keys. It's very clean. The office staff is nice.
