I love our new lease management team they really go above and beyond. Thank you Vivian, Sam and Mike for handling all of my concerns. I appreciate that you guys having been booking food trucks and other vendors to service the community here at Sonora. I recently move from Sonara at Alta Loma after almost 5 years of living there, and unfortunately, my experience has left me with a lot of frustrations. Frank and Isaac are the best maintenance team you could ask for. They are speedy and they educate you! More importantly whenever I need assistance, I’m always greeted with a smile and given the best customer service. Frank and Isaac are exceptional!
Robert the maintenance man did everything fast and efficiently fixing all my repairs in my home I am a very happy resident .
Frank is absolutely fantastic! He was quick to respond and efficiently tackled all the issues in no time. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and he made sure everything was addressed perfectly.
